Brett began investing in real estate in 2008, starting with the BRRR strategy for single-family rentals before transitioning to commercial real estate. In 2020, he co-founded Suncrest Capital and has grown it to a $50M+ portfolio of 27 communities and 1,500+ lots. Finance degree from the University of Utah; MBA from Duke University.

Ryan Hill
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
13+ years as a real estate agent involved in over $41M in personal sales. Ryan independently owns and operates mobile home parks alongside his Suncrest role, driving operational efficiency and occupancy across the portfolio. Biology degree (Central Washington), Master's in Tech Education (Lesley), Principal Certification (Seattle Pacific).
